Information We Collect
When you opt in to a restaurant VIP program or claim a business directory listing through our services, we collect your first name, phone number, and optional birthday month and day. We may also collect your IP address and basic device information when you visit our opt-in pages.
How We Use Your Information
We use your phone number to send SMS messages on behalf of participating restaurants, including welcome messages, promotional offers, birthday rewards, and Google review requests. For directory services, we use your phone number to send one-time verification codes. We use your birthday solely to send an annual birthday reward message from the restaurant you opted in with.
Third Party Processors
We use Twilio Inc. to deliver SMS messages. Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio for this purpose. Twilio’s privacy policy is available at twilio.com/legal/privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as you are an active subscriber. If you opt out by replying STOP, your record is deactivated. You may request full deletion of your data by emailing [email protected] and we will action it within 30 days.
Your Rights
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at [email protected].
