Program Description
De Lacey Ventures LLC operates restaurant VIP loyalty programs and business directory services. By opting in to a restaurant VIP Club or requesting a directory verification code, you agree to these terms.
How to Opt In
Restaurant customers may opt in by scanning a QR code at a participating restaurant and submitting their information on the opt-in page. Business owners may opt in by entering their phone number on a directory listing claim form and requesting a verification code.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by restaurant. You may receive up to 10 messages per month including your welcome message, promotional broadcasts, birthday reward, and review request. Directory verification messages are sent on demand when requested.

How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at [email protected].
Opt-Out Confirmation
When you reply STOP you will receive the following message: “You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Contact [email protected] for help.”
HELP Response
When you reply HELP you will receive the following message: “For help with your VIP Club membership contact [email protected]. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most major US carriers. Carrier support may vary.
Limitation of Liability
De Lacey Ventures LLC is not responsible for any delays or failures in receipt of messages caused by your wireless carrier or device. Message delivery is not guaranteed.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
